I love Kay’s mom’s reaction to seeing Kay’s dress hung in the window.  Priceless.A sweet gift for mom.Favorite.Ridiculously tender moments following the first look.  Chris just melted into her.Favorite.  Chris was such a dapper groom.  Diggin’ that polka dot bow-tie, bigtime.I seriously died over the flowers all.day.long.  They were so amazingly stunning.Soccer fanatics!Yep, Kay actually did a header, with a veil on, on her wedding day.  Kay and Chris are very spiritual people, and I had the honor of photographing a sacred foot washing ceremony.  It was such a peaceful, reverent, beautiful moment – and ridiculously photogenic.  Some of my favorite shots from their day came from the foot washing ceremony.

Adore the shot on the left of Chris adjusting his bow-tie pre ceremony.Favorite.The couple also requested that they have the opportunity to take communion with  their officiant and bridal party before the actual ceremony. These guys were CRAZY!The girls were more demure and subdued – but beautiful nonetheless.  Favorite:Such joy!I grabbed this quick shot of the newly married couple looking down on their guests who hadn’t yet left the ceremony area.  Love this shot.Chris and his new mother-in-law.DETAILS!  Hold onto your hat, folks. Kay and her mom really outdid themselves with this wedding.  Oh, and did I mention that they rented over 150 Glassybaby?  Um, yeah. If you know me, you know just how many times my heart skipped a beat over that.I loved all of the tables from Seattle Farm TablesThis is also the first time I’ve seen long, family-style tables at Lord Hill Farms.  The Seattle Farm Tables worked out beautifully for this. The couple allowed me some golden hour portraits and oh, I’m so thankful they did.Favorite:The dessert table was chock-full of authentic Greek desserts.  YUM.SolBird was amazing and kept everyone dancing all throughout the night.Right: Favorite. And then, it happened.  A HUGE hot air balloon landed on the field directly behind Lord Hill Farms.  You can’t even imagine how fast we all ran out there to grab these dusk-time shots.  Amazing.  I had goosebumps.Kay also wanted a shot with her dad and the supermoon.  So glad that one turned out.  The moon was truly incredible that night. And then, finally, a sparkler farewell.  A perfect end to a really magical day.
