Gig Harbor Wedding Photography
I have been looking forward to Kelly and Andy’s private residence nuptials in Gig Harbor ever since I first met with Kelly. She and I hit it off right from the start, and after the amazing time we had during their engagement photos, I knew their big day would be a smashing success. The flowers. The dress. The homemade cobblers for dessert. The strung up Italian wedding lights. The epic driftwood chandelier. It was all to.die.for. The details in this blog post are second to none. I just couldn’t help myself. I can’t give enough props to Tammi Barber of TLB Events for her absolutely meticulous management of this event, which required a lot of coordination between several properties. She was incredible to work with, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Devour these photos! They require it.

I show up to a stunning bride and pink champagne. What more could I ask for?
Heirloom pearls and Luly Yang.Very few brides have not one, but TWO designer pair of shoes to choose from on their wedding day. And Kelly couldn’t have gone wrong. Both were stunning. The bride’s mother presented her with lace purchased on an overseas trip many years ago. Such a tender, beautiful moment.Help from both mothers in preparing for the first look. The anticipation was palpable. And then the tears flowed. The swing was made by hand by Kelly’s brother. How incredible is that? And how perfect for photos?Favorite. Both of them.Excellent shot by Ben.The property where the wedding was held overlooked the water, which was breathtaking. I couldn’t resists just a few photos on the path leading down to the beach.Favorite.And so begin the details… they were neverending.Beautiful ladies in pink! And dapper, playful men in navy.Father and son, pre-ceremony.The ceremony site was incredible. Views unmatched.Gah. If you know me (and my love of pink), you know how much I died over these flowers. Died.Andy addressed the ceremony guests personally as a welcome to the ceremony, which was beautiful and really heightened the intimate feel of the reception.Favorite:From tears to laughter, we saw it all.A bar on wine barrels, with strung up, hand-tinted mason jars. Amazing.Andy’s grandmother wasn’t able to make it to the wedding, but at least he got a chance to speak with her on the phone. Moments like these during the cocktail hour are what I live for.Details. Sigh. Even more beauty than you can imagine.A rowboat. Filled with flowers!!! What genius! Favorite:Best reaction shot ever. The Maid of Honor had everyone stand and sing “God Bless America” – an inside joke between her and the groom. And then Andy delivered a heartfelt, tear-filled toast during which he acknowledged his family and friends and all of their support. Individual cobblers!Favorite:
