When I met Megan for the first time at her consultation, we talked for close to two hours. It was like reuniting with an old friends. I love it when that happens, as it’s a surefire sign that we’re a good match. Megan and Matt’s wedding was dreamy. We lucked out with a dry, even SUNNY (yet cold) day in November. No rain! Can you believe that? The stars aligned for a gorgeous wedding day complete with stunning bride and dapper groom. Enjoy these!

I loved that Megan and her girls were ready to jump on the bed for a fun, laid-back photo.
Megan and her sister walking down the Seattle streets.
Matt, anxiously awaiting Megan’s arrival.
Isn’t Megan the spitting image of Elizabeth Hurley?
Matt is a TALL guy (6’8), so we got to play around with making Megan taller.
Work it, girl!
I don’t usually post too many bridal party portraits, but I thought these were too fun not to share.
Shot on the left, favorite:
The inside of Villa was just breathtaking. It reminded me so much of the church where Ben and I got married (Holy Names). The only difference is that Villa is blue, and Holy Names is pink. Here comes the bride:
I completely teared up at the moment on the left. As Megan’s dad shook Matt’s hand he looked him straight in the eye and said, “Take good care of her.”
An emotional moment during the ceremony. I pretty much live for those.
Then it was off to The Canal for some serious festivities!
I loved Megan and Matt’s version of a guestbook. Instead of a traditional paper guestbook, Matt painted this tree onto a canvas, and then they supplied paint for guests to use their thumbprints to make an impression. Afterward, the guests were invited to glue on eyes and use the pens available to drawn on beaks, feet and their names. Too cute!
I love this look between sisters.
Oh, this was a fun party!
