Album City!

The album orders have been coming in fast and furious these days. It’s been so much fun designing them and then anticipating their arrival.  Last week two albums showed up, and it felt a little like Christmas!

The first album is an 8×8 coffee-table album, purchased as a gift from the bride and groom to the groom’s parents. I absolutely LOVE the way it turned out. Most clients choose a vibrant color photograph for the cover, but this time we went with a black and white image and I did the rest of the cover black. It turned out so chic and elegant looking.

The next book is from Michelle and Eugene’s Puerta Vallarta wedding in December.  They went with a 10×10 coffee table book, and it epitomizes their vibrant, playful, upbeat beach wedding.  I was THRILLED with the way the color turned out.

I think the thing I love most about wedding albums is how versatile they are. Because I do 100% of the design myself, by hand, the album is totally custom, and totally about you. And of course it doesn’t hurt that I love the design process. 🙂
